Player of the Week - Geno Glynn

Geno Glynn of Minnesota State has been named the North Central Conference Baseball Player of the Week.

Glynn, a junior third baseman from Waseca, Minn., hit .647 (11-17) last week with five RBI, four runs and a walk. His RBI single in the bottom of the 7th inning on Monday knocked in the game's only run to give MSU a 1-0 victory over North Dakota and helped MSU take three games from the Sioux in the series.

Pitcher of the Week - Chris Kessinger

Chris Kessinger of Nebraska-Omaha has been named the North Central Conference Baseball Pitcher of the Week.

Kessinger, a junior from Sioux Falls, S.D., pitched a complete-game win over Minnesota Duluth. He allowed one earned run and only three singles in the game while striking out 10 batters and yielding only one walk.
