Two Three-Time Selections Highlight Academic All-NCC Softball Team
Two three-time selections, Lynndi Decker and Abby Wagner of Minnesota State, lead 12 student-athletes named to the 2008 Academic All-North Central Conference Softball team by a vote of the league's sports information directors.
The Maverick duo are joined by two-time picks Rachel Haines of St. Cloud State, Casie Hanson of North Dakota and Tagney Jones & Krystal Kirwan of South Dakota as six of the 12 student-athletes are making repeat appearances on the select squad.
The select group has a combined grade point average of 3.74.
