Winkelman Highlights Academic All-NCC Women's Basketball Team
Ten student-athletes have been selected to the 2006-2007 Academic All-North Central Conference Women's Basketball team by a vote of the league's sports information directors. Highlighting the team is Katie Winkelman of Minnesota Duluth, the only three-time selection on the squad.
Winkelman is joined by two two-time selections: Alison Adamson of Augustana and Karen Thies of Nebraska-Omaha.
The select group has a combined grade point average of 3.73.
