Offense - Beth McGill & Tina Brummer

Beth McGill of Nebraska-Omaha and Tina Brummer of South Dakota have been named the North Central Conference Offensive Players of the Week.

McGill, a senior forward from Omaha, Neb., scored three goals and had two assists in UNO's win over Minnesota State that locked up an undefeated overall and league mark. She had two assists against Minnesota Duluth on Friday that gave her a 10-point week. She scored her three goals on only three shots on goal and had only four shots on goal for the week.

Brummer, a senior from Gretna, Neb., capped her career with three goals against St. Cloud State. It was her first career hat trick. She had 10 shots on goal in two games last week.

Defense - Candice Martinez

Candice Martinez of South Dakota has been named the North Central Conference Defensive Player of the Week.

Martinez, a senior from Aurora, Colo., allowed only one goal in games against Augustana and St. Cloud State. She made eight saves while facing 14 shots.
