What is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format for distributing and aggregating Web content (such as sports headlines).

Using RSS, Web content providers can easily create and disseminate feeds of data that include, for example, news links, headlines, and summaries.

Click on the orange RSS button underneath any headlines you're interested in subscribing to, and follow the instructions to add to your news reader or your personal My Yahoo! or My AOL page.
