Three-time selection Chris Gulsvig of North Dakota leads 12 student-athletes named to the 2008 Academic All-North Central Conference Baseball team by a vote of the league's sports information directors.

Joining Gulsvig as repeat selections are two-time picks Jay Bresnahan of Minnesota State, Bryan Frew & Brian Goliber of Nebraska-Omaha and Scott Schmidt of North Dakota.

The select group has a combined grade point average of 3.59.
