Players of the Week - Atila Santos & Emmanuel Little

Atila Santos of Minnesota State and Emmanuel Little of North Dakota has been named the North Central Conference Player of the Week.

Santos, a senior center from Salvador, Brazil, scored 22 points and pulled down 12 rebounds while hitting 7-of-9 field goals in a win over Bemidji State. He also picked up an assist, two steals and a block in the game.

Little, a senior forward from Chicago, Ill., averaged 22.5 points and 10.5 rebounds in wins over Mayville State and Upper Iowa. The Sioux have now downed nine straight opponents after losing its first three games.

Little shot 48.4% (15-31) from the field while averaging 1.5 assists and steals per game.
