Leita Rolfe of South Dakota, Natalia Busso & Daniel Moraes of North Dakota and Marty Wahle of Minnesota State have been named the NCC Swimmers of the Week while Sarah Chaussee of Minnesota State Moorhead and Nate Jimerson of St. Cloud State have been honored as the NCC Divers of the Week.

Rolfe, a senior from Newcastle, Wyoming, won the 400 individual medley (4:32.43) and 200 breaststroke (2:22.99) and finished second in the 200 individual medley (2:07.86) and as part of the 400 medley relay squad (3:56.25) at the Falcon Invitational in Minneapolis last weekend. Her times in the 200 and 400 individual medley are "A" cut times for the NCAA Division II Swimming & Diving Championships while her 200 breaststroke time is a "B" cut performance. The times in the 200 and 400 individual medley and 200 breaststroke times are the best times posted in NCC swimming so far this season.

Busso, a junior from Sao Paulo, Brazil, won the 100 freestyle (:52.60) and 200 freestyle (1:53.18) individual races and was a member of the winning 800 freestyle relay (7:50.44) and 400 medley relay (3:33.29) squads at the Falcon Invitational. All four times are "A" cut qualifiers for the NCAA meet. She also finished second in the 500 freestyle with a new school record time of 5:00.70 ("A" cut) and was a member of the second-place relay team in the 400 medley relay (3:56.13) and the third-place 200 freestyle relay (1:38.03). The 100 freestyle, 200 freestyle, 800 freestyle relay and 400 medley relay times are the best performances in the NCC this season.

Moraes, a sophomore from Salvador, Brazil, won the 200 individual medley (1:52.68), 400 freestyle relay (3:05.71 - A cut), 800 freestyle relay (6:55.52 - A cut), 100 freestyle (:46.21) at the Falcon Invitational. He also took second place in the 200 medley relay (1:35.29 - A cut) and third place in the 400 IM (4:08.08) and 400 medley relay (3:31.27 - A cut). Three of his times (200 IM, 400 freestyle relay and 800 freestyle relay) are the best in the NCC this season while the 400 IM and 400 medley relay performances are the second best in the NCC this year.

Wahle, a junior from Fort Collins, Colo., won the 200 individual medley (1:53.38) and finished second in the 200 backstroke (1:51.08) individually and helped guide the Mavericks to the 200 medley relay (1:34.37), second-place in the 800 freestyle relay (7:09.69) and fourth in the 200 freestyle (1:26.22) at the Falcon Invitational. The 200 backstroke time is an "A" cut while it and the 200 medley relay are the best times in the NCC this season.

Chaussee, a senior from Forest Lake, Minn., posted the best score in the NCC this season in winning the 1-meter competition with a score of 388.10 at the Dragon-Cobber Invitational. She also finished second in the 3-meter competition with a score of 402.00.

Jimerson, a junior from Apple Valley, Minn., won the Husky Diving Invite with a national qualifying scores of 504.60 on the one-meter board and 501.00 on the three-meter board. Both scores are the top marks in the NCC this season.
