Player of the Week - Danye Guinn

Danye Guinn of North Dakota has been named the NCC Player of the Week.

Guinn, a sophomore guard from St. Francis, Minn., averaged 15.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game in wins over Metro State and Montana State-Billings that captured the Holiday Inn/Chinook Wireless Yellowjacket Classic. She was named the Most Valuable Player in the tournament.

She shot .588 (10x17) from the field including 7 of 10 from behind the three-point arc.
