Players of the Week - Talisha Barlow & Alyssa Green

Talisha Barlow of St. Cloud State and Alyssa Green of Nebraska-Omaha have been named the NCC Players of the Week.

Barlow, a freshman guard from Little Canada, Minn., scored 18 points and pulled down eight rebounds in only 21 minutes of play as SCSU downed 13th-ranked Glenville State. Her totals were just shy of career highs.

Barlow shot 66.7% (8-12) from the field, including the only three-pointer she attempted and was successful on 2-of-3 free throws.

Green, a sophomore guard from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, averaged 20.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.5 blocks per game as UNO defeated Peru State and York.

Green shot 53.6% (15-28) from the field, including a nearly-identical 53.6% (7-13) from three-point territory. She nailed all four of her free throw attempts.
