Offensive Players of the Week - Keri Blanchette and Abby Bollig

Abby Bollig of Minnesota Duluth and Keri Blanchette of Minnesota State have been named the North Central Conference Offensive Players of the Week.

Bollig, a senior forward from Oregon, Wis., had two goals and an assist in UMD's 3-0 win over Augustana. She had a total of seven shots for the week in two matches.

Blanchette, a junior forward from Burnsville, Minn., scored her second goal of the season in overtime as Minnesota State got its first NCC win of the season. She had three shots in the game.

Others nominated: Beth McGill, Nebraska-Omaha; Kelsey Madson, South Dakota.

Defensive Player of the Week - Danielle McCawley

Danielle McCawley of Nebraska-Omaha has been named the North Central Conference Defensive Player of the Week.

McCawley, a junior from Ralston, Neb., was a key player on the UNO defense that allowed Minnesota Duluth only one shot on goal (and six shots overall) in a 2-0 win.
