Four Three-Time Selections Hightlight Academic All-NCC Soccer Team
Twenty-four student-athletes, highlighed by four three-time selections - Katie Freeman and Brooke Youds of South Dakota, Tina Harris of Augustana and Danielle McCawley of Nebraska-Omaha - have been selected to the 2007-2008 Academic All-North Central Conference Soccer Team by a vote of the league's sports information directors.
Nine other student-athletes are making their second showing on the team with this year's election.
NCC champion Minnesota State leads the way with eight student-athletes on the squad while Nebraska-Omaha has six student-athletes.
The select group has a combined grade point average of 3.74 with three student-athletes, Natalie Bullis and Abby Maxson of Minnesota State and Jessica Powers of Nebraska-Omaha, holding a 4.00 grade point average and Nebraska-Omaha's Danielle McCawley earning a 3.997.
