Offensive - Tara Holmen & Vicky Braegelmann

Tara Holmen of North Dakota and Vicky Braegelmann of Minnesota Duluth have been named the Offensive Players of the Week by the North Central Conference.

Holmen, a junior middle hitter from Berthold, N.D., hit .438 (15k-1e-32ta) while averaging 3.75 kills per game as North Dakota downed South Dakota.

Braegelmann, a junior outside hitter from Albany, Minn., hit .621 (20k-2e-29ta) while averaging 6.67 kills per game in leading UMD to a win over Bemidji State.

Others nominated: Cassie Wolpern, Minnesota State; Christina Reicks, Nebraska-Omaha; Terrin Post, Augustana.

Defensive - Christina Reicks & Chelsea Meierotto

Christina Reicks of Nebraska-Omaha and Chelsea Meierotto of Minnesota Duluth has been named the Defensive Players of the Week by the North Central Conference.

Reicks, a senior outside hitter from Bellevue, Neb., averaged 3.86 digs and 1.00 blocks in wins over Northwest Missouri State and Minnesota State.

Meierotto, a senior libero from Washburn, Wis., averaged 7.67 digs per game in a win over Bemidji State.

Setter - Katie Agnew

Katie Agnew of Nebraska-Omaha has been named the Setter of the Week by the North Central Conference.

Agnew, a junior setter from Omaha, Neb., averaged 13.43 assists and 0.57 kills per game in wins over Northwest Missouri State and Minnesota State
